Rudin appealed her conviction claiming her Attorney, Michael Amador, provided ineffective counsel, violated her constitutional right to a fiar trial; ie., Amador wrote a book during the trial and leaked information and photos of Rudin and her family to the National Enquirer tabloid.

Rudin has new legal counsel, Attorney Christopher Oram. She is 65 years old and currently incarcerated at a facility in North Las Vegas.

The Judge in the hearing ruled that there were problems with her defense and granted a new trial.

NEVADA HIGH COURT NIXES NEW TRIAL FOR MARGARET RUDIN

2010 -May 10 - Chief Justic Ron Parraguirre, Justice James Hardesty, and Justice Michael
Douglas of the Nevada Supreme Court have ruled that (former) Clark County
District Court Judge Sally Loehrer "erred by considering Rudin's claims that
should have been raised in an earlier appeal. The petition was filed too late
and no compelling reason was given to justify the delay."

This ruling reverses the lower court judge's decision granting Margaret Rudin
                         a new trial in 2008.

The suicide of his first wife may be just that...a suicide because of whatever emotional
upheaval she may have felt. There are questions some have, such as who helped Margaret
Rudin? What other questions do you have about the case?

I have seen your thread regarding "MARGARET RUDIN APPEALS AND OBTAINS A NEW TRIAL".Really the  incident is very pathetic and maybe the discussion requires the understanding between those couples. So,the day that a judge cannot comment on the evidence in a case before him, or the applicability of precedential law to the case, will be the day that a free and independent judiciary is dead. Here, i say Mature Escorts are happy to date you week after week, for as long as you like, so whether you want a one hour lunch date or a whole weekend away is up to you, but these women love to get to know you better, as the more she knows about you the better she will be at meeting all your needs and fulfilling all your fantasies
