The conviction of Patrick Bradford in the murder of his lover Tamara Lohr has always bothered me.  I felt like there were a lot of things about the evidence and trial that didn't add up.  It's been twenty years since the murder and he just had an appeal denied and I'm just curious what opinions people have about the case and if you think he is guilty or innocent.

I'd never heard of this case until now. This is from October 12, 2011 -

—Former Evansville Police Department officer Glenn Patrick Bradford’s
petition to vacate his 1993 conviction and sentence for the murder of Tamara S. Lohr
languished in the court system for more than a decade until newly discovered scientific
evidence put into question prosecutor’s time line of the crime. Bradford was convicted
of murder and arson for stabbing Lohr, his mistress, 21 times and setting her house on
fire to disguise the crime, all while on duty. The 24-year-old Lohr was corrections officer
at the Vanderburgh County Jail at the time.
