USA TODAY

"It's looking like O.J. Simpson will remain in prison until at least 2016
Simpson, 63, is serving a 9-to-33-year sentence at the medium-security
Lovelock Correctional Center. He was convicted of leading an armed raid
on a sports memorabilia dealer to recover property he said was his.
Four other men who abetted Simpson pleaded down and were given
probation. Another had his conviction overturned when the Nevada
Supreme Court ruled Simpson's fame had affected his case, and is
now serving three years of probation."

NATIONAL FOOTBALL POST

"The Nevada Supreme Court isn't going to cut The Juice loose.
They declined to hear the former NFL star's appeal, according to the
Associated Press. So, Simpson's Las Vegas lawyer, Malcolm LaVergne,
told the AP he'll attempt to shift the case to federal court."

He will probably get out at his first parole hearing. OJ knows how to talk his way out of almost any situation. The guy could sell ice cubes in Alaska. You gotta admire the Goldmans though. They didn't get justice at the murder trial but they sure have managed to make mr. Simpsons life miserable ever since with their civil suit. Every day he spends in prison is good - in an ideal world he would be locked up for life.
