                    DEFENSE WANTS EVIDENCE THROWN OUT

The murder charge - Defense wants it thrown out.

Pictures - Photos of Casey Anthony "partying" create a huge bias against Anthony.
According to the defense, "only ONE set of photos fall in the timeframe of
when her daughter was "missing." The others are "prejudicial."

"Any photos taken at clubs, bars or parties BEFORE Caylee's disappeareance
are irrelevant. "The media has used multiple phpotos in order to vilify her as a
"party girl" who must be responsible for her daughter's death."

Interviews - Certain witness statements made by Anthony's parents, friends and detectives.

Phone Calls - 911 call - In which, Cindy Anthony said "it smelled like a dead body in the car."

George Anthony's comment to a tow truck worker "the daughter is telling us
                       crap, a bunch of lies."

Roy Kronk's statements made to former deputy Richard Cain.
"It's unfair to the case, and a jury should never hear about it.
                        It's hearsay evidence."

"These items would make a jury prejudicial and deny Anthony the right to a fair trial."
