Lisa aka Liysa ( DeWitt (Moran, Ehlen, King, Mattson) Northon - Parole Eligibility Date - 2011

I honestly believe that she is evil and needs to remain in prison. She should never be released back into the public. What she did was selfish, greedy, manipulative, cruel and was also very abusive to Bjorn. She took from him, a father he loved very much and looked up to. Papako also was loved very much by his stepdad. She took from them this "gentle giant" who would have gave those boys the kind of life that a child so deserves. he would have taught them values that are so important for children grow with. His kindness would have made them into fine young men, the way Chris was. She will never convince me or alot of people that she was abused. She was the sole manipulator, of this tragedy. She grew bored with her life when she couldn't make Chris be what she wanted him to be. He was true to his family and to who he was. She could never have that. Her wants came first, only this time she wasn't getting her properties like she wanted. Its what Lyisa wants and thats that. Well, now she  as far as I am concerned can rot in jail. She will not be missed...never!

She will be serving far less time than she deserves to be incarcerated.

From all accounts, the couple who are raising Bjorn with Papako are
doing a wonderful job with the boys, and Bjorn has gotten to know those
who knew Chris and worked with him. I'm sure those two will turn out just
fine, and turn into the young men Chris would be proud of.

It is so wrong that she will get her freedom. Chris never had that choice, she made sure of that. I only hope that the boys will not fall into her trap. I imagine them living a wonderful life with 2 parents & their brother who love them. They are young men now, and I can imagine that they have fond memories of the Dad, who was taken away from them. I truly hope they have a remarkable life, that Chris would have wanted for them.
As for Liysa, she can run her mouth off as much as she wants. She is so unbelievable...She was never abused, she knows it & alot of other people know it. Her greed is what ripped an entire family apart. She played judge, jury and executioner...all by herself. She chose to take the Gentle giant away from the kids. That is child abuse. She is the abuser. She will have her own trial at a later date. Only this time it will be with her maker, the devil himself.
As for Chris, I will always think of him as a gentle giant, who tried his best to keep his family together. A man who wouldn't give up on the hope that his marriage would turn around, for the sake of the kids. His love for the boys is what I believe kept him as strong as he was.
Chris, you are in a far better place. I can see you smiling that broad smile filled with pride for your boys. For now, over & out Captain. RIP

Have you seen her website? Her family posts her writings from prison on it. It's full of her
perceived "victimhood" and bashing Chris and his family.

Those close to Chris, the children, and his family and friends know the truth.
Nothing she says will change that.

Given her her behaviour patterns prior to Chris' murder,  it's quite possible she'll end up
in jail or prison again, (having been in prison and learning things from other inmates)
she'll likely be more determined to cover her tracks better.

I think she was that way from the get go. It's just that her family didn't see, or didn't
want to see it. When she found she could manipulate men she honed her manipulation
skills with each successive man in order to gain what she wanted. Even though there
were other men who walked away, they didn't walk away unscathed.

When she could no longer manipulate Chris, she killed him.

2011 is coming up quick! Lets pray that this venomous pc of filth doesn't manipulate her way around the parole hearing. If she does, every man (those with money) should run as fast & as far away from her as they can. I hope she gets denied tho!!!!!

The State of Oregon rarely grants the parole requests, and, she is continually portraying
herself as the victim via her online blog. The parole board will consider that as well.

My perception may be influenced from reading Ann Rule's book but I hope that they keep her locked up. I have a feeling that shes a sociopath and if somebody else should be unlucky enough to get in her way she'd do it again, if she thinks she can get away with it.
